Capacity Builders is a unique capacity building program designed to provide customized training and development for nonprofit professionals.  The program has four primary components 1) Nonprofit Management Framework, 2) Training, 3) One-on-One Assistance and 4) Professional Coaching.

Participants are introduced to a capacity building framework to establish, maintain and sustain a nonprofit organization.  This program feature is what makes Capacity Builders unique.  The framework illustrates and demonstrates nonprofit management in action.  Most educators, consultants and trainers do not use a formal framework, when instructing others on how to manage a nonprofit.  This framework serves as a road map to guide individuals along the journey of establishing, maintaining and sustaining nonprofits.

Our training workshops and seminars teach participants "how to" manage a nonprofit and participants leave with skills, a strategic process and nonprofit management tools.

Many participants receive "one-on-one assistance", either on-site or virtual, with applying the skills, strategic process and tools they obtained from our workshops and seminars.

Professional coaching is available to support and encourage participants by providing them professional consultation on how to lead a nonprofit to a successful future.
